horse.

addy can be very stubborn. we all try to not give in to her every want, no matter what kind of fit she may pitch. she does get over it in the end, and goes on.

one day, she decided after looking at a photo of myself on a merry go round horse, that is what she wanted. she has looked at this photo for her whole 2 years of life, but this day she set off. she wanted on a horse in that photo. she could not have it and she was not pleased. she went off on us all over that. patience was tried in all of us that day.

a few days later (and she never forgot about it, everytime she talked to me she said "horse?"), i decided we needed an auntie and addy afternoon, as it had been awhile since we did that, so we went to the kiddie park. she got her ride (3) on her horse. (although.....the sought after ride that trip was the discovery of the "bumpy"...the kiddie rollercoaster....auntie had quite a headache after that bumpy ride, but it was fun and hilarious, and worth the headache)
