summer is swinging on by. it's been hot! running is going ok, it could be better, and i am doing what i can. my next half marathon is in disneyland, and a month away! training could be much better, but i am doing what i can with how i feel. i am also looking at this race with one goal. to enjoy it and take it all in. i will walk if i have to. i am not out to set new pr's or anything like that. i just hope i don't tucker out!
all in all, things are ok.
