packet pick up and the expo for the princess half marathon were at the espn wide world of sports complex. it was a busy place...cheerleading events, other sport events, and atlanta braves spring training were all taking place here at this big complex as well.
all the half marathon vendors and goody bag/bib number pickup were in one location/building.
we took a few pictures then went straight to get my bib number.
i was happy to find out i was in corral b, out of 6 total corrals (a thru f). after that we got my goody bag, which was a mesh backpack (similar to last years), my tech tee, and a bunch of paper for other race ads. it was a disappointing bag (for the price tag of this race)....no samples like usual in goody bags, other than a mini luna bar. :(
then we walked around the expo, looking at the vendors. i got my knee wrapped with a type of tape that is cold like ice, and can be reused by adding a little water to the bag. it was like icing my knee but i could walk around, it was great! it helped too. my knee didn't bother me for the rest
of the trip!

That was quite an adventure going to the expo (pizza and cheerleaders).
